A Formal Wade Lagoon + Downtown Cleveland Engagement Session

Summer has been cramming for the bar exam most of the summer. John sent me a text with some inspiration photos. I immediately knew downtown Cleveland, specifically the Theatre District is exactly where we needed to go to pull off the romantic and dark vibe they were looking for. I brought Michael, my 14 year old son, to assist with gear holding because we would definitely need some off-camera light. Summer and John were so much fun to work with, I loved the way they laughed together and then could immediately be serious and romantic. We started at the tail end of golden hour at Wade Lagoon, which is behind the Cleveland Museum of Art, it has marble steps willow trees, a pond, a fountain, and great architecture. Basically everything you could want, with endless possibilities. It’s one of our favorite spots for all sessions but specifically engagement sessions.
