An Outdoor August Summer Wedding in Ohio with Missy + John in Wickliffe, Ohio. Missy + John became a family even before exchanging vows.

When asking Missy about her partner she said “I love that from day one John stepped right in as a dad for my boys… He takes care of us daily and it truly shows how much he loves us…They have picked up on his habits and you would never know they didn’t share DNA, it’s amazing to watch.”

This reminded me of the song “My Boy” by Elvie Shane which the newly, blended family danced to during their reception.

Missy + John picked the I+A Hall with Trevi Catering because it was close to home and they also loved the idea of supporting their friend’s local business. The day was so warm and beautiful that they also had use of the outdoor area, and that meant we snuck out for some dreamy golden hour photos as well.
